Key Performance Areas:

Invoicing
Capturing invoices from suppliers
Maintenance of Point of Sale System
Maintaining & updating items on Point of Sale System
Correcting & changing product categories on system
Data capturing of stock onto system
Administration of Inter Branch Transfers and couriers
Ad Hoc duties as required by manager

Minimum requirements & skills:

35 to 40 wpm
Be able to use own initiative
Book Knowledge
Accuracy and Attention to detail
Be able to work in a warehouse environment
Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Able to maintain focus doing repetitive work and tasks
