Dynamic Clothing manufacturer requires mornings/ afternoons only Senior Bookkeeper to Trial Balance:

Experience required:

Competent in using Pastel Partner
Reconciling Suppliers Statements
Processing Cash Books – 10 accounts in total
Experience with Debtors and following through with payments
Foreign Exchange experience essential
Preparing Cash Flows
Experience with using Excel software including creating graphs for sales reporting
Petty Cash to be captured on pastel
Import costing required
Good understanding of VAT for 3 companies
Preparation of monthly salaries – 22 employees in total
We are looking for someone who uses their own initiative;

Experience with working in manufacturing;

Works well under pressure and remains calm when required to meet deadlines

Friendly personality

Works well as a team

Fluent in speaking and writing English is essential and speaking Afrikaans

Meticulous with their work
