ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The employee will be responsible for the
effective service delivery to existing clients. The employee will be required to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate customer service objectives and priorities within the organization is achieved.
The employee will participate, and contribute to the customer experience of the specific- region, Business Unit, or service area to support and contribute to the delivery of the Company’s overall strategy.
Forming an integral part of the company’s operational team,
reporting directly to the General Manager CX.

The role will primarily be responsible and accountable for the following functions:

Meet and exceed client retention targets
Compile monthly report of all customer complaints and ensure 100% closed off

Complete customer satisfaction survey with all clients and address all areas of improvement with the relative internal stakeholders
Engage clients and identify ways to improve service delivery

Prepare and submit reports as required by clients and business unit

Pro-actively address and escalate client queries relating to any aspect of service delivery

Ensure that all queries are escalated and resolved within the agreed period

Processes to be streamlined with no inefficiencies and constraints

All documentation completed accurately and submitted timeously.

Actual queries VS queries resolved

Meeting scheduled client visits as per weekly planner
