ZZ2 Ceres in the Western Cape has got a vacancy available for a creditors Clerk. The incumbent will be responsible for processing data within the financial department within the framework of the ZZ2 value system and ethical code.

Qualifying requirements include:

· Minimum grade 12 or relevant qualification.

· Preference will be given to candidates with post Matric qualification.

· General Creditors experience for a minimum of 5 years.

· Accounting experience as well as experience in Accpac will be preferred.

· Sufficient experience in creditors’ reconciliation.

· Prior knowledge of VAT legislation.

· Has good communication skills.

· Be computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office and Gsuite.

· A valid driver’s license serves as a prerequisite.

Candidate Requirements

The focus of the post includes the following features:

· Prepare and update creditors documentation.

· Data processing of creditors documents.

· Checking and reporting of supplies purchased to creditors.

· Administrative tasks including filing and office administration.

· Marking of financial records and updating them.

· Save and save records.
