Some time passed and the couple began growing impatient, but they testified that Bushiri’s teachings boosted their faith and changed their mind-set. Eventually, in May 2018, Major 1 publicly prayed for the couple. Mrs Makhelo recalls, “He called for us who wanted fruit of the womb to stand up for prayer. He declared, ‘If I be a prophet, by this time next year, whether or will be February of April, you will have a baby.”

She chose the month of February to be the birth month. The couple engaged in months of prayer and utilising anointed materials. In February 2019, Mrs Makhelo opted for medical expertise once again and visited her doctor. It was during this consultation that the doctor revealed that she was 14 days pregnant.
