Credit Systems Manager
with:
Role Purpose:
Develops, implements and rolls out the new credit management systems and manages the on-going enhancements and maintenance of the live systems.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a new service credit system culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service by using the Credit System effectively
· Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by being accountable for the development of the new systems through input, based on informed user knowledge
