Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to all telephonic and retail sales inquiries
Ensure customer satisfaction through service
Grow and maintain existing customer base
Increase sales and achieve sales targets
Must be prepared to assist in all facets of our business
To achieve branch targets and ensure that customer requirement are met
Maintain and obtain new business, promote and follow-up on specials
Generate quotations to clients
Generate invoices to clients
Assist with stocktaking and stock control
Willingness to expand knowledge on various product groups.
Maintain stock shelf care
Be Afrikaans and English speaking

Qualifications & Experience:

5 years of retail sales experience
Matric / Grade 12
Valid drivers’ license
Experience in agricultural parts sales
Knowledge of agricultural products.
Tractor parts and the Retail experience
A good and courteous telephonic manner
Good communication skills and proven track record
Computer Literacy and the ability to work under pressure
Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
Be professional
Be passionate about sales Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks carefully and accurately
