Tasks:
Identifying opportunities for growing customer base to achieve sales targets and results.
Provide visible support in resolving client concerns and challenges through facilitating internal business solutions.
Increase confidence in and the reputation of the business in respect of any and all stakeholders, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
Develop and establish relationships with internal teams such as operations and through these partnerships ensure seamless and quality service to the client and implementation / reimplementation.
Liaise with operations to identify non sustainable / profitable business.
Act as a point of control of data and information of the sales.
Candidate Requirements
5 years experience in the courier industry. 2 years experience in client liaison.
