Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for taking care of offices,townhouses and Apartments, you will be responsible to carry out different cleaning and maintenance duties. You should be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good cleanliness and hygiene.

As a cleaner, you should be capable to exceed expectations of the customer, ensuring that all washrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. Your main objective will be to keep our buildings in a spotless, clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned offices,town houses & Apartments
• Perform different cleaning activities including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom cleaning and so forth.
• Perform and report routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Track and perform maintenance activities.
• Notify administration in case there is a requirement for repair and interventions.
• Perform minor repairs and make adjustments.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all security, health and safety directions and regulations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Capable to handle heavy equipment, apparatus and machinery.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
