Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Adherence to all company policies and procedures as per employment contract
Clean and presentable in uniform
Cleaning of HO facilities
Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, kitchens, canteen, bathroom and toilet facilities
Sweep, mop, tiled floors daily or when needed
Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
Dust and polish various surfaces
Re-stock bathrooms with supplies
Keep canteen facilities stocked
Record all stock used at reception
Assisting with coffee/tea making when so requested
Clearing work areas of cups/glasses after tea and lunch breaks
Keep kitchen clean after tea/lunch times
Keep all dishes, cups, cutlery and all related items clean and washed
Keep updated cleaning schedules for all separate areas
Complete any other task as required within your capability
Report any notable matter immediately
Overtime work as and when required
