MAIN JOB PURPOSE The Incumbent will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning activities to Campus, including administrative and logistical support to the Academic / ETQA Administrator QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum requirement is Matric (Grade 12) / equivalent Certificate in cleaning and hygiene will be advantageous Health and Safety training will be advantageous Certificate in Office Administration will be advantageous 1-2 Years experience in cleaning service, preferably in Campus environment 1-2 Years experience in office administration will be advantageous DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning Vacuum classrooms and office space 3 times a week.Wash kitchen dishes twice a day.Clean toilets once a day Polish furniture once a week Remove bins once a day Maintaining a campus environment conducive to staff and learner safety. Catering Provision of beverages to Campus visitors as and when required.Distribution of lunches to learners on daily basis Stock keeping Maintain good stock levels of all Campus supplies e.g. coffee, tea, and sugar and cleaning material.Administrative support Assist Academic / ETQA Administrator with day-to-day administrative activities as and when required COMPETENCIES & SKILLS?Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene?Good communication skills?Good attention to detail?Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies will be advantageous
