MVA Claims Administrator

Head Office (Helderkruin)

Reporting to: Senior MVA Claims Administrator

A vacancy exists for an MVA Claims Administrator stationed at Head Office, Helderkruin. The position will report to the Senior MVA Claims Administrator.

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

The maintenance of an electronic Database to accurately record the Group’s Motor Vehicle Accidents.
Registration of claims and recording all incidents/accidents electronically;
The maintenance of electronic claims records
The creation of physical claim files
Peruse Claims Forms and related information to establish liability/indemnity.
Create a diary/follow up system
Re-visit diarized files
Follow up outstanding information and/or documentation
Maintain a watching brief on claims in progress

Skills Required: (Add skills per requirement)

At least 3 years’ experience with Insurance Claims
Proficiency in Excel (essential), SAP, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels including Executives
Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Must have own transport and suitable drivers licence.
