The death toll in the cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal has risen to 12.
Over 100 people have been infected.
The Water and Sanitation Department is blaming the City of Tshwane for the outbreak.
But Mayor Cilliers Brink is warning against jumping to conclusions before investigations are completed.
He says the city will take responsibility if it is the guilty party.
In the meantime, he says clean water is being provided to affected residents.
