The Public Investment Corporation has suspended its COO.
Vuyani Hako has been placed on precautionary suspension after allegations of misconduct.
An independent inquiry into the claims will now be held.
Meanwhile, the corporation has also suffered a number of resignations.
It has lost its Chief Investment Officer and Head of Developmental Investments.
The PIC’s head of Research and Development Projects has also resigned.
The corporation says the resignations and suspension will not impact on its work.
