Minimum qualification of a National Senior Certificate obtained. (grade12)
Experience
Telephone Etiquette and Collection skills
Customer care and communication skills
Business acumen
MS Office skills and computer literacy.
Credit application and vetting acumen.
Account management acumen.
Credit Control and Collections acumen.
Cashier and banking (cashing up ) acumen.
Previous work experience preferably in the Furniture retail environment will be an advantage.
Housekeeping , cleaning and general office acumen.
Able to work retail business hours.
Ability and willingness to develop and grow to management level.
