The Soweto man arrested earlier this month after body parts were found in his fridge, is due back in court on Monday morning.
Flavio Hlabangwane (26) will be making his second appearance in court since his arrest.
It was his partner, who had come over for the weekend, that made the gruesome discovery.
She found legs and arms inside his fridge in a backroom he had been renting in Protea Glen, Soweto.
The identity of the victim is still being investigated.
Hlabangwane, an insurance company worker, now faces a murder charge.
