The case against Enyobeni Tavern owner, Siyakhangela Ndevu has been postponed to 5 October.
He appeared briefly in court this morning.
He is in court for contravening the Liquor Act but it’s at his venue where 21 teenagers died in June.
His wife has also since been charged.
