Hulisani Ravele leaves Capricorn FM

Hulisani Ravele has been in the entertainment industry for 21 years. From her stint on YoTV, she’s grown to be a household name, and we’re always in awe of her projects.

Whether it’s being on television or the radio airwaves, the media personality has kept us captivated and entertained, especially with her most recent radio gig on Capricorn FM, and occasionally on Capricorn’s sister station, Power FM.

Taking to her social platforms, Ravele announced that she’s officially left the radio station after almost two years. She said 22 December would mark her last show on the station, and thanked her now former colleagues, family and friends.

She wrote: “This Saturday marks my last show @CapricornFM. This brings to an end an amazing journey with Limpopo’s Hottest Frequency that has stretched me, grown me, and brought me great joy.

“Thank you to every listener who chose me to keep them company every Saturday afternoon, not just in the progressive province I’m proud to call home, but right across the country. Saturday’s were radio day and you made each one worthwhile…”
According to station manager, Rofhiwa Bologo, the station bid farewell to not just Ravele, but three other radio hosts; Keabetswe Motlokwa, Chandu Ligege and Khomotso Mabelane. She said they’ve decided to leave the radio station to pursue other opportunities.

She said in a statement: “We would like to wish this progressive group ll the best in their future endeavors and have no doubt that they will continue to be amazing in their different paths.”
