We are looking for a young, energetic and upbeat Junior/Assistant Catering/Canteen Manager for an upmarket coffee shop.
Experience Required:
2-3 Years or more in relevant/similar field
Proficient in Excel
Costing and Menu Planning (advantageous)
TabletPos (advantageous)
Chef and/or Hospitality Qualification
Required skills:
Staff Management
Good communication skills
Administration skills
Able to work in a pressured environment
Due to the nature of the position, the applicant must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
