Call Center Duties which include:
– Attending to incoming calls from customers both new and old, providing customer care services, Updating Clients Database, Managing Emails / Faxes, Etc Academics; Grade 11, 12 School leavers Or any Entry level Qualification. No Experience will be needed as training will be provided.
