Our Call Centre Department/ Consulting Requires new staff to boost the Existing team in terms of Customer service and Consultancy. All Successful Candidates will be A given A fresher Training on Commencement. Key Roles
Answering courteously inbound calls.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Managing and updating customer databases with the status of each customer.
No Experience will be required as Training will be provided. Salary R4500 / 12000 p/m.
