We are looking for enthusiastic, young, loyal and self driven call centre agents & help desk consultants/personnel.
Work will involve working for/with Insurance organizations, Financial institutions and Retail stores located in Rosebank, Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg and Germiston.
ALL applicants should be between 18 – 30 years of age.
Minimum requirements:
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Education background: High school, Matric or a Diploma preferable
• NOTE: Inexperienced candidates can also apply as one-week induction training will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities:
• All duties and responsibilities will be central to Inbound and Outbound calls involving providing and receiving information and quotations. An induction will be provided to all successful candidates.
Salary, wages & other incentives
The basic salary range: R 4500 – R12000 monthly (Depending on qualification & experience)
