Job Description:
Processing books to Trial Balance
Monthly bookkeeping function for various companies
Reconciling general ledger accounts
Assisting owners with general administration and office management
Assisting with calendar/diary organisation
Managing travel requirements – booking flights, accommodation and related
Filing and archiving
Assisting with Debtors collection
Preparation of quotations
Communication with customers and suppliers
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
Matric
Bookkeeping diploma or tertiary qualification highly beneficial
Sage One accounting
Office 365
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience in a similar small company role an advantage
