Bongani Fassie goes to rehab for drug abuse

Bongani Fassie has realised that he has a problem that needs his urgent attention, because he wants to make his life better, the musician and producer decided to check himself into rehab. The bold step was inspired by one of his friends who told him nothing but the truth.

The friend made Bongani aware of the fact that he doesn’t have friends and needs to ask himself why.

It’s time to get real on his reality show this week, we see Bongani accepting that he needs help for the sake of himself and his family.

Bongani admitted that he might have a problem and wants to do something about it. “I’m sick and tired of going around in circles. The time has come where I actually need to find myself,” he said, adding that he needs to take a step back to do so.

“I think it’s about time that I go and seek help… I first need to fix me before I fix other people’s problems.”

He also spoke about how his partner, Buhle, met him at a low point in his life. “I’m crying for help. Buhle met me when I was broken. If you’re going to be in my life, try and fix me before you break me down more.”

When he checked into rehab, Bongani was accompanied by Buhle and one of their children. “It’s been very nice, but now I am signing out. I’m going to fix my relationship with Buhle, and I’m just going to stay on the path that I’ve been on. The guys are not my friends. Clearly, they’re also not my brothers.”

He added that he’s going to stay in his lane and take responsibility for his role as a leader.
