1) Your duties are cross-reference bond stock to GRN documents.
2) Your duties are control of the bond department.
3) Safeguarding of all stock in bond department.
4) Your duties are to receive all the bond stock.
5) Ensure all bond stock are scanned and put in the correct bins.
6) Ensure cycle count is done every day.
7) Ensure all the IMP number and Bill of entry is correct.
8) Ensure bond report is hand in every Friday.
9) Ensure clearing of bond stock.
10) Report all wrong stock and damaged stock.
11) Ensure all IMP and Bill of entry are recorded on the pallets every day.
12) Must keep the work department clean.
