This role is critical providing efficient and effective protection to the Executive Chairman.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal with all general and immediate operational requirements, crises management, threats and problem solving when protecting the Executive Chairman.
Assessing of threats, potential or not and pro-active searching vehicles and buildings, etc. to establish potential risks.
Checking Executive Chairman itinerary, venues, and assessing risks and potential threats.
Observation of area, room, venue, vehicle and surroundings at all times.
Pro-active planning for any emergency/deviation.
Driving Executive Chairman to and from venues, providing security in transit (special skills such as defensive and evasive driving required).
Providing regular briefings to Executive Chairman relating to the security situation within the area and provide current and valid intelligence as required.
Professionalism conduct, clear and continuous communication with Executive Chairman to ensure changes are handled smoothly and integration with delegates are friendly and relaxed.
Interact and liaise with area security personnel ensuring quick response as and when required.

Submit detailed reports of any incidents or problems encountered after each and every task/assignment.

Effective administration: Daily logs and work reports finalized.
