Jay Anstey and her husband, actor husband Sean-Marco Vorster shared their story on their unassisted childbirth.
The couple decided to opt for a free birth for their first baby.
Taking to Instagram few days ago, the actress shared the full experience of the unassisted home birth and left no detail up to the imagination.
In the detailed retelling, Anstey told followers that despite having a slight complication, she and her husband would not have chosen differently.
When Jay Anstey was coming up with her birthing plan, the actress took the brave decision to have a free birth.
She made it known that it was not a easy thing for her but she is glad to be able to do something like that.
