Bheki Cele: Police need to wage war on GBV

The public needs to be harsh on SAPS members that don’t take gender-based violence seriously, that’s the word from Police Minister Bheki Cele.

Cele reiterated that all those who join the police force should prioritize women and children’s safety.

He was speaking at the handover of 55 new-high performance vehicles to the Gauteng police.
