Mzansi wants those Smallanyana Skeletons from Bathabile Dlamini

South Africans didn’t waste time in asking ANCWL President Bathabile Dlamini to drop the bombshell about the smallanyana skeletons.

This after she threw in the towel and resigned as a member of Parliament.

Some even took it to the extent of demanding the day to be declared as a national holiday.

Dlamini was fingered in several disasters including the poor management of the SASSA social grants payments.

The SASSA social grants programme affected 17 million South Africans every month.

The contract with social grant distribution service provider Cash Paymaster Services became problematic, when it was given a lifeline through the Constitutional Court and the company continued to pay the social grants.

This was during the process government was trying to integrate the services of the South African Post Office to distribute social grants, but Dlamini said SAPO didn’t meet the requirements to distribute social grants.

Dlamini said at the time Sassa needed four services from the post office as a service provider, including an integrated payment system, banking services, card production and cash payment services.
