BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS WITH HERBS AND FETA

Ingredients

  • 60ml feta cheese, crumbled
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5ml lemon rind
  • 5ml Robertsons Mint
  • 5ml Robertsons Sweet Basil
  • 15ml chives, chopped
  • 100g stork margarine
  • 1 sachet KNORR Homestyle Meatball Kebabs Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 8 chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix together the Stork margarine, herbs, lemon rind and juice, feta and contents of the sachet of KNORR Home-style Meatball Kebabs Dry Cook-in-Sauce.
  3. Loosen the skin of the chicken thighs and stuff the herbed margarine under the skin.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until done.
