Duties and Responsibilities are 
Operate Back End equipment as to company direction and discretion 
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.  Troubleshoot and repair machinery as required 
Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). 
Complete daily Production, QA and Maintenance and Repair logs. 
Communicate with Technicians from other shifts. 
Maintain and secure work tools. 
Clean and maintain work area. 
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use. 
Perform back-up for assembly line. 
Perform back-up for warehouse. 
Provide on-the-job training to new employees.  Order and/or fabricate spare parts as require 
Fabricate any replacement parts not available from the store. 
Fabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery. 
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.  Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery. 
Repair and maintain pumps, gearboxes, inkers and other assemblies used on the production line. 
Manage the stock of rebuilt production spare assemblies 
Repair and maintain support and auxiliary equipment used to maintain production  Work to and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).  Complete daily maintenance and repair logs as required. 
Communicate with shift technicians on maintenance related issues. 
Maintain and secure work tools.  Clean and maintain work area. 
Turn off and lockout equipment when not in use 
Requirements: 
A related qualification/ trade training 
At least 5 years experience in a similar position 
Advanced arithmetic skills a must 
Computer literacy and an ability to input and analyze data 
Advanced skills (Journeyman/Trade certificate) in HVAC/ Hydraulic & pneumatic systems & piping systems. 
Experience in using milling machines, drill press and vertical/horizontal cut off saw. Ability to read, interpret blueprints & schematics. 
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.  In-depth knowledge in Rutherford Decorator, CMB Necker, LSM & Palletizer – Tooling, Changeover, Maintenance and Troubleshooting is a must. Apply Now
