The Economic Freedom Fighters have lost another court case. EFF leader Julius Malema has lost an application challenging the Riotous Assemblies Act.
Malema was charged with violating the act on two occasions by encouraging his supporters to invade vacant land.
He was arguing that the 1956 act is unconstitutional.
