Former president Jacob Zuma’s appeal against keeping veteran prosecutor Billy Downer, on his corruption trial, has been dismissed by the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
Judge Piet Koen delivered a summary of his 60-page ruling on Wednesday.
Koen finds appeal lacks a reasonable chance of success.
In his ruling, Koen says Downer has no conflict of interest.
