Clarice Dlamini-Zuma announces alcohol timetable

South African alcohol timetable announced. South Africa’s Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Nkosazana Clarice Dlamini-Zuma has announced the new timetable for the sale of alcohol in South Africa as the nation enters Level 3 of Coronavirus lockdown from the 1st of June.

The Minister told the nation of South Africa that the sale of liquor will resume from Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 17:00.

EFF Commander-In-Chief Julius Sello Malema addressed a press briefing earlier on Thursday saying the party will take a political campaign to fight the decision of allowing the sale of alcohol.

Malema said alcohol is destructive and is responsible for the destruction of families, contributes to unprotected s.e.x and the spread of diseases and domestic violence.
