Suspended ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule has accused the National Prosecuting Authority of playing ANC factional politics.
Magashule addressed the Free State High Court, sitting in Bloemfontein, directly.
This, as his corruption case has been postponed yet again.
Magashule says the NPA is responsible for the delays and wants to prevent him from contesting in the upcoming ANC National Congress in December.
He faces corruption charges related to the multi-million-rand asbestos removal project in the Free State.
The matter’s been postponed to 23 September for a pre-trial hearing.
