The Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) says that its support for the ANC is not permanent.
It has expressed its disappointment at the party’s performance in the local government elections.
The union body says it is not shocked by the outcome as the party did not put in much effort before the election.
According to Cosatu, President Cyril Ramaphosa appears to be the only person in the party trying to make changes.
