The Amy’Leigh de Jager kidnapping case has been postponed in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrates Court.
Tharina Human, the six-year-old’s teacher, and alleged mastermind appeared with Pieter van Zyl and Laetitia Nel.
Each told the court, through their affidavits, they have R10,000 available for bail.
However, the state is opposing bail saying they have close relations with witnesses and could manipulate the case.
The three are expected back in court on the 11th of October.
