AKA dumps EFF show?

Most South African celebrities are known to be very wary of affiliating themselves with political parties hence it could spell trouble for their careers especially if they are seen supporting any other party besides the current leading party, African National Congress(ANC).

South African rapper and entrepreneur, Kiernan Forbes, commonly known as AKA in these streets, recently took to his Twitter page and replied to a post that was advertising a Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF)’s event, which is set to take place at Orlando Stadium on 5 May 2019.

Judging by AKA’s response, it could easily be concluded that this EFF event is creating false advertising to the Fela In Versace hitmaker’s scores of fans.

Political association is not a new thing within the world of entertainment.

Remember when television host and actress, Ntando Duma was spotted ”casually” rocking a EFF red doek? Boy did she get dragged for that. She later came out to defend her actions, after stating that she had just gotten her hair braided, therefore she randomly grabbed the closest doek, and innocently donned it.

Yoh, it’s rough in these streets for some of our celebrities, unlike in America, whereby celebrities enjoy openly sharing their views and opinions about their politics.
