National company based in George is looking for a disciplined lady to join their team.
Duties include but not limited to:-
Liaise with Suppliers and Internal Departments
Management of actual performance to budget, identifying variances on a monthly basis from various suppliers such as labour brokers, fuel, etc
Assist with consolidation and submission of Regional Quality Performance Evaluation monthly
Petrol, purchases are reconciled and submitted for payment weekly
Raise and submit accruals monthly
Prepare petty cash claims, highlight discrepancies and submit for sign-off
Compile, resolve discrepancies and submit bank reconciliation monthly
Prepare accurate financial transmittals for submission to Finance department with supporting documentation & damage charged
Safeguarding assets at all times
Ensure all new assets have an authorised capex
Attend meetings monthly
Attend quarterly supplier meetings
Ensure all queries and complaints are actioned within 24 hours
Assist with budget preparation and deal with customer queries on a daily basis
Fleet knowledge and counter service experience – advantageous
Submit monthly staff overtime, attendance registers and leave reports to Regional HR Manager
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric
Certificate / Diploma in Finance – added advantage
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Fully computer literate – MS Office, Quickbooks, etc
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle

Accurate
Deadline driven
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Self-managed
Ability to work in high stressful environment
Remain calm under pressure
This position reports to: Branch Manager
