Are you immediately available or have a one week notice period to take on a new position covering the administration sector for our client? Our Client based in the Retreat area is requiring your expertise to manage the administrative processes and team to keep up their excellent standard and quality of work and service that they provide their clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric, relevant education advantageous
Own Transport and drivers license
Proven office administration / secretarial assistance experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with clear communication, written and verbal in English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Office
DUTIES
Planning and organising the team for service calls
Extensive client liaison with enquiries or queries that need to be sorted
Controlling the process of incoming and outgoing freigh
Ensuring quality control is in place
Oversee the all-round office processes
Drawing up of Quotations for clients
Overseeing stock control and stock movements
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Management
Managing the basic HR processes including annual and sick leave taken by staff
Oversee office operations and procedures and make improvements where necessary
Ensure office efficiency is maintained by staff members
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
Attend to any additional ad-hoc duties that could arise in order for the office to run smoothly and successfully
Salary: R dependent on experience
