Food manufacturing company (Bakery) situated in Johannesburg South, requires an Administrative Clerk with matric and basic admin qualification and at least 3yrs admin experience.
The incumbent will be responsible for rendering general administrative services to the Director and Operations Manager. The incumbent shall mainly assist with answering and directing of calls, data capturing, report compiling, filing and administrating Adhoc duties as required e.g. take minutes of a meeting and distributing it.
Other duties shall include, placing orders with suppliers and invoicing. Keeping stock of stationery requirements and managing inventory levels.
All administrative support provided shall relate to operational & management requirements, therefore it should be executed effectively, accurately and efficiently.
