RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with all student admin functions relating to NCV & Nated students
Registrations, data capturing, filing & capturing absenteeism
Answering the telephone
Dealing with students queries including students fees
Assist the campus to maintain infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Exposure to any Management Information System
Minimum 1-2 years administration experience
Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
RECOMMENDATIONS
Relevant National Diploma
ITS experience
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Accurate & attention to detail
Strong admin skills
Good international skills
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure
