What you’ll do
Ensure that monthly accounting is performed timeously and accurately for a number of entities
Prepare financial and performance reports for members and stakeholders
Resolve financial queries by generating statements from the accounting package (customer and vendor)
Prepare statutory submissions across multiple countries including VAT and other tax submissions
Work closely with the Fleet operations team to ensure that reporting is accurate and complete to investor members
Facilitate and support the audit process
What you’ll need
Completed a degree in accounting or finance
Must have experience in a similar role
Experienced with Excel and an accounting package (Xero would be a plus)
Strong analytical skills and general financial acumen
Comfortable using GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Ability to multitask, execute quickly, and get things done. You’re not afraid to roll up sleeves and lead by example
Incredible execution abilities to consistently meet deadlines and take initiative when needed to ensure things get done timeously
Comfortable engaging and coaching team members throughout the business to ensure that financial record keeping is accurate and up-to-date
Results-driven, the goal-oriented mindset with high intent on building a high-quality financial reporting function
Resourceful, tactful, and motivated individual who collaborates deeply to get things done
Organized, meticulous, and detail-obsessed individual. Attention to detail and presentation is key
