Contributes to the overall success and growth of the bureau business by ensuring a rapid and efficient collection of healthcare-related debt on behalf of the customers.
Job Requirements:
To ensure that the bureau personnel follows up on all outstanding debt with the party responsible for the payment of the said debt.
Responsible for the supervision and control of functions performed by the bureau staff.
Preparation of Management reports for customers and management
Work Experience:
Advanced knowledge of ICD10 codes
Working knowledge of SAMA, CPT rules and guidelines, NHRPL billing codes
Healthcare industry knowledge is essential
Advanced Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have worked in a medical service provider \ bureau within the position for at least three years or more and 2 years experience supervising staff.
Understanding of workings of medical aid schemes
Debtors reconciliation in a medical practice environment advantageous
