SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER – Cape Town Southern suburbs
THE COMPANY:
– IT is a small, artisanal popsicle company, founded in October 2018
– the Founders are looking for someone to join the team to drive operations and ramp-up production to be ready for the season
– The candidate will be based at our production premises in Salt River, Cape Town
– The role is full-time but requires some flexibility to travel to prospective clients in and around the Western Cape.

Role:
You will be responsible for driving sales volume – Securing new wholesale sales channels: Delis, Restaurants, cafes etc.
– Securing new retail events: Sporting, concerts, weddings etc
– Finding new distributors: Caterers, event coordinators etc
– Maximising performance from existing outlets
Characteristics:
– Strong sales capability and track record
– Think like an owner, proactive and responsible
– Get-stuff done attitude, strong bias to action
– Practical and organised
