AbaThembu King Zwelibanzi Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo is returning to the throne Prince Azenathi Dalindyebo’s acting responsibility over the kingdom has been terminated.
Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane wrote to the prince informing him of the decision.
The premier’s office says this is being done in line with the relevant and applicable legislation.
Prince Azenathi took over from his father when he was incarcerated five years ago. Dalindyebo has been out from prison since December 2019.
