After months of consultation, deadlocked sessions and protest action, the SABC has decided to retrench 303 employees.
This comes after the negotiating process was extended and concluded on the last day of last month.
It followed around 600 employees initially being served with redundancy letters, forcing them to vacate their positions after 30 days.
But towards the end of November, SABC management suspended the termination by a month to allow for further engagement with staff.
