COPS arrested 150 suspected cultists in Anambra state, south-east of the country.
Traditional weapons including machetes, axes and daggers, as well as charms and some quantities of dry leaves suspected to be Indian hemp, have been confiscated following raids by the police’s anti-cultism unit on criminal hideouts and hot spots.
A police spokesman said the force would keep up efforts to rid the state of violent crime. – CAJ NEWS
