Generations: The Legacy actress Zoe Mthiyane in boiling water over drunk driving

Actress Zoe Mthiyane has found herself on the wrong side of the law. The 39-year-old, who plays Zitha on Generations: The Legacy, was arrested in Douglasdale, Joburg, on Saturday night for drunk driving.

Captain Mavela Masondo confirmed that a 39-year-old actress was among those bust for drunk driving over the weekend.

“I can’t name her. We arrested a lot of people this weekend.

“The actress was released on bail and is expected to appear in court in due course.”

Zoe made headlines in the past for her romance with Robert Marawa and Lebo M.

Earlier this year, it was reported that she was dating Generations co-star Rapulana Seiphemo.

Zoe was brought up by her father who had five wives.

She told Channel 24 her mother Clara Nthalane was her father Elias Mthiyane’s youngest wife. He was a store owner in KZN.
