The corruption case of Zandile Gumede and 21 others has been postponed to 30 November.
The former eThekwini Mayor appeared for pre-trial proceedings at the High Court in Pietermaritzburg on Monday.
She and her co-accused have been implicated in the R430-million Durban solid-waste tender scandal.
